| | PCC Releases Digital-First FY24 Annual Report We’re trying something different with our annual report this year – focusing on a digital version that can link directly to deeper content about our FY24 work, while offering the opportunity for a tangible print report by request. As we have grown this monthly digital newsletter and its BrainWaves companion, we have been telling more of our program stories throughout the year. We also received positive feedback from last year’s annual report, which anchored the report around the stories shared in our annual Storytelling event. For this FY24 annual report we have the year-end review of a typical annual report, complemented by snapshots from and links to online stories from our newsletters throughout the year, woven together with the story threads from our annual show. We hope the combination will give you a strong overview along with the ability to dig deeper into the areas that speak to you. If you would like to receive a print version by mail, please contact Stephanie Narayanan (301-628-3456 or info@primarycarecoalition.org). Click the "Read More" button below to access the web-based version of the report, or click here for a pdf. Whichever version we choose, we'd love your feedback! |
| | | Meet Fareed Anjum Fareed Anjum is the Primary Care Coalition's (PCC's) Director of Data and Informatics and has been with the organization for 15 years. He migrated from Pakistan in 2010, when he fell in love with and got engaged to the woman who is now his wife. They had been working together in Pakistan for two years, and she is originally from this area. When they decided to marry, Anjum left his family and friends and moved here but he still makes the approximately 22-hour trip to Pakistan every year to visit. Anjum found his first job in the United States at the Primary Care Coalition, starting as Data Manager and moving up to Senior Data Manager and then Manager Health IT Systems before taking on his current role as a director. "I love everything about computers, and my job is my hobby, too," said Anjum. "My job here at PCC gives me the opportunity to work in data and cyber security, coding, data management, and almost everything you can think about in terms of computers. I get all those different flavors every day. That's why I like this job." |
